Balrog Class Bio-Monstrosity by Blazbaros Balrog Class Bio-Monstrosity by Blazbaros
With the imminent war against the Vornai and their “gods” approaching in the horizon, the Xasheen and the fledgling Gulchabrahva joined forces in a desperate attempt to prepare for the worst, combining genetic engineering and cyber augmentation into a manner of bio-weapon powerful enough to bring the fight back to the Vornai. The result of this union has been dubbed as the “Balrog” series, unyielding juggernauts of tailored muscle, bone and sinew that navigate through land, air and sea with ease and are fitted with the deadliest and most advanced Xasheen military tech to date.

The basic model pictured here, easily the size of a large elephant, is equipped with a triple-barrelled tail gun and a set of twin-torso turrets. Everything from its musculature to its skeleton is reinforced with metallic and mineral components, vital organs are purposefully simplistic to reduce the chance of life-threatening injuries, and the armour itself has several sensors connected to the Balrog’s brain, allowing them to notice incoming threats from every direction and react accordingly.

This was the combined effort of ~Gorger and myself for the #LegacyVerse

Balrog? That reminds me of something...
