 G-e-r-x-a-v.... The 'X' is silent. 

A Brawler from the Galt, Gerxav’s life has been one filled with hardship. Born to a whore, his father was a sailor who was long gone before Gerxav’s birth. His mother died at childbirth of his sister, Gena. She and Gerxav lived on the streets until they was taken by a mysterious Elf by the name, ‘Gorred’. Gorred was high in Galt’s high society, supplying ‘luxuries’. This was from illegal drugs, to prostitution, and even gladiatorial fighting.
Gerxav became one of the premier fighters in this arena. Using only his fists Gerxav was known for his brutal fighting style and cunning in the arena. However he hated every second in the arena, despised the chains he was forced to bare. He wanted to escape, to be free, he wanted it for his sister most of all, who was forced to become a whore. His older, half Orc brother, who supposedly knew their father, was another gladiator as well, a swordsmen of no small renowned.

As it came to pass, Gerxav’s half brother was sold to a circus in southern Galt, his half sister was the only family he had left. A time came for them to escape, Gerxav took advantage on the lazy, tired guard, killing him, and freeing himself. He soon got Gena and made his way to safety, had the Grey Gardeners not appeared, Gerxav would’ve escaped, not mention free the other slaves.

For his punishment he was lashed, one thousand times, his sister was given the same punishment. She wasn't half orc, and couldn't take the punishment, Gerxav watched as they wiped her to death.

Then the revolution occurred, Gerxav escaped, he escaping his bondage and made his way for the wild frontier of the north.....
