Hasmed is the core of what it means to be of the First Legion. Loyal, resolute, and tactically minded, Hasmed was taken whole sectors in a fortnight, seen xenos empires crumble, and brought down the most terrifying tyrants. While nigh unstoppable, he has a certain amount of skepticism towards the Imperium's Great Crusade. The First Legion has known no equal, but that doesn't mean there isn't one out there. Those close to him believe this to be the onset of some form of paranoia or shaken faith in the Emperor and his great plan for mankind.
