Jassabus Paint Sketch

FINALLY got around to drawing this guy again. . . its pretty much a rough design, I'm not concrete on it yet. I also didn't draw his titanic blade because its being redesigned too.

I'm just gonna repost this backstory because you've most likely never seen the guy or you forgot

This be Jassabus, a cyclops, or in his dimension (as well as others) he is known as a "Builder". His race built a sizable empire, crossing many worlds, linked by innumerable inter-dimensional gates (only one of which is in Felarya). Now how could a huge guy with a monstrous blade like that be a "Builder"? Well, certain nefarious races have been using the gates so generosity provided by his people for their own ends, like conquest. He's is a Gate Guardian and he has been positioned at a gate in Felarya after many many many adventures. Its like retirement for him, Felarya was a relatively quiet world XD

Now, he doesn't know this, but his people's empire has fallen into decay millenia ago (yeah, he's OLD), so he idly guards the Felarya gate. . . but one time a rather malignant monster came through, catching him by surprise. He fought it, then chased it back into the gate, fighting in a snow-laden world. After cleaving it in twain, he headed back, letting a rather small tiger neko get through (guess who THAT might be). Not much action has happened after that, usually just lazes about outside his gate.

As far as family ties go, he has none. He has taken to Scala (in her younger years) after a few meetings, beings sort of a grandfather to her, teaching her the ways of the world and the "good old days". Even Crisis likes to sit down and listen to a tale or two.
