Woo, I'm late to the party. But what a party it was.
Finally finished the last half of Kill la Kill, I wanted to watch it only when I was working on this, so that's why it took so long. Worse even I went through three revisions before settling on this one XD the skimpier the outfit, the hard it is to design it seems.
Scala seemed to be the best choice, just because its extremely out of character for her to even contemplate wearing something like that.
