Wrack by Blazbaros Wrack by Blazbaros
My rendition of a Dark Eldar Wrack from Warhammer 40k. I ditched the spine/bone rack things they usually have on their backs cuz I think it looked stupid.

XD I would probably field like an army of these guys along with grotesques (bigger, meaner, Dark Eldar creations). Too bad you can't outfit them with normal troop weapons :/ Imagine the chaos that would ensue!

I could hardly find any art or fanart of these guys, apparently there's no models made yet either!

Dark Eldar, Wracks (c) Games Workshop

Tools:
Pencil/Paper/Photoshop CS3

Music:
Mighty Abyss - Pyramaze

EDIT: Realized I coulda made it better, so I did XD

You know what I am working on cosplay for this and ya that spine thing really jostles. I think I am going to add some pistons.I love the idea of making the helm slats glow green!

Excellent work. The green glowing fog and the darkness goes great with his own glowy effects. It creates a spooky and fitting atmosphere. And I don't blame you for ditching the spines on the back - they do look a bit silly (the few times I've actually seen them drawn).

I saw the actual models today and they don't look as bad as I thought. I just really hated them in the concept picture.
