The Gorgon Family

Other Jason and Stheno were pen pals across the Mediterranean, forming a bond despite not knowing who the other looked like.  To finally meet the love of his dreams, he hopped aboard the Agro (because of this he was named Other Jason or Jason 2, as to not be confused with the Argonaut leader himself) to the forbidden island in which Stheno dwelt.

When he finally made it to her cave, she had neglected to tell him to bring protective eye wear and in her excitement, turned her future life-mate to stone!  Unable to break the curse, she waited for thousands of years until it could be finally dispelled.

During that time, she had moved to Canada, specifically to a haven city where her kind were protected by a field of glamour that hid their forms form mortal man.  A battle arose inside that city, where an evil sorcerer attempted to cast a spell to destroy the glamour field and reveal the city's inhabitants for what they are.  Instead, the demonic hero Beelzebob jumped him at the last second and the spell misfired into Stheno's house, striking Other Jason and breaking the curse that had befallen him.

Afterwards, they went on their first date.

And then they got married.

And then they had Tammy.

She's a GM for her local nerd brigade.
